Problem solving
For buildings older than 20-30 years, plans are usually either inaccurate or illegible. This poses significant problems for planners and property owners when it comes to developing existing buildings or renovating them.
We solve this problem by using state-of-the-art technologies such as laser scanners and drones to precisely capture/scan the buildings in a first step, and then, in the next step, to create precise and clear planning bases in the form of 2D CAD plans or 3D/BIM models in the shortest possible time with the support of AI.
On a larger scale, we also survey entire city districts from the air and the ground to make this data accessible to cities and municipalities, helping them to better understand their cities and make informed decisions for future development.
