As BIM consultants (building information modeling, a digital twin of the building), we enable planning offices, project developers, general contractors, and clients to accelerate planning and construction processes using digital tools, thereby reducing, for example, 50% of planning errors. Furthermore, we are developing AI-based BIM software for cost calculation using model quantities in record time.
Description
BIMraum automates construction projects through the use of BIM and AI. While many processes in the construction industry remain manual, time-consuming, and error-prone despite software, we enable end-to-end automation of key processes such as quantity surveying. In addition to BIM consulting, we develop scalable AI software that allows construction companies and planning offices to work more efficiently, quickly, and transparently.
Problem solving
In the construction industry, many processes remain manual, time-consuming, and error-prone despite the use of BIM software. BIMraum solves this problem through the use of AI: Our software automates the analysis of BIM models and enables the determination of building material quantities in seconds instead of weeks.
